I have a profound interest in Natural health, herbal remedies as well as an early and creative passion for ballet and writing, which has continued throughout my life. A love of photography began two years ago and continues to delight me especially when I can share beautiful scenes that I see. Many years spent living in England, Switzerland, India, Thailand and USA have provided a deep appreciation for cultural diversity.  My childhood years that were spent living in Uganda, East Africa were filled with my father’s adventurous love of photography, especially when he went  on Safaris.  Living in snowy Alaska touched me very deeply as did the time spent living in the warm and nurturing environment of Hawaii. I studied Ethnology at Zurich University in Switzerland and this proved to be an enriching and happy time in my life. The meaningful visits to three spiritual teachers in India have given me an understanding of our inner and human journey in this world. I also believe that Fairy tales, Greek Mythology and the ancient wisdom of Native Americans, Aborigines, Arctic dwellers hold pearls of wisdom and wonderful symbols of enlightening our life.

In 1992 I was inspired to write and share my experiences, observations and philosophical reflections of our shared path including the challenges, the joys and the hurdles as well as the love of living. Writing has continued ever since then and now I have 8 self-published books.

I find writing and photography to be a meditation and a sanctuary where I'm transported into a timeless world of expression, which I love to share

As says J. K.  Rowling says:

“I love it and I need it”

I hope you will enjoy my books and photos.
